1. About Camp 8

Camp 8 is operated by ASA Professional Services (Georgia). We provide a football recruiting intelligence platform including AI-powered athlete evaluation tools, a coaches directory, camp planning tools, NIL guidance, and related services ("the Platform").

2. Eligibility

• You must be at least 13 years old to use Camp 8.
• Users aged 13–17 must have parental or guardian consent.
• By using the Platform, you represent that you meet these age requirements.
• You must provide accurate information when creating your account.

3. Your Account

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized access at support@fbintel-central.com.

You may not share your account with others, create multiple accounts, or use another person's account without permission.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

4. Platform Use — What's Allowed

• Creating and managing your athletic profile
• Using AI tools to evaluate your NIL value, combine performance, and recruiting potential
• Searching the coaches directory and using the AI email writer for legitimate recruiting outreach
• Browsing camp listings and managing your camp schedule
• Accessing NCAA rules and recruiting guidance
• Sharing your Camp 8 scores and achievements on social media

5. Platform Use — What's Not Allowed

• Submitting false or misleading athletic statistics or profile information
• Using AI-generated content to deceive college coaches or scouts
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, scrape, or copy the Camp 8 scoring algorithm or AI systems
• Using the platform for commercial purposes without written permission
• Harassing, threatening, or impersonating other users or coaches
• Attempting to gain unauthorized access to backend systems
• Using automated tools, bots, or scripts to access the Platform
• Violating any applicable laws including NCAA recruiting rules

Violation of these rules may result in immediate account termination.

6. AI Tools and Accuracy

Camp 8's AI-powered tools — including the NIL Evaluator, Combine Evaluator, Recruiting Score, and AI Mentor — are provided for informational and educational purposes only.

The Camp 8 Athlete Rating is not a guarantee of recruiting outcomes, scholarship offers, or NIL deal values. It is an estimation tool based on the information you provide and general benchmarks. Actual recruiting decisions are made by coaches and programs, not by Camp 8.

Coaches directory information including names, titles, and social handles changes frequently. Always verify contact information on the school's official athletics website before reaching out.

Camp listing information is maintained to the best of our ability but may not always be current. Verify event details directly with camp organizers before registering or traveling.

7. Stats Verification and MaxPreps Integration

When you provide a MaxPreps URL, Camp 8 will attempt to retrieve your publicly available statistics. The MaxPreps Verified badge indicates that your stats were successfully pulled from MaxPreps at the time of import — it does not constitute official NCAA certification or independent verification.

You are responsible for ensuring that your profile accurately reflects your athletic performance. Submitting false statistics violates these Terms and may constitute fraud when used in recruiting communications.

8. Intellectual Property

The Camp 8 platform, including its AI scoring algorithms, prompt engineering, design, branding, content, and Camp 8 Athlete Rating methodology, is owned by ASA Professional Services and protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You retain ownership of your personal information and athletic data. By using Camp 8, you grant us a limited license to process and display your data within the platform for the purpose of providing our services.

You may not copy, reproduce, or redistribute any portion of the Camp 8 platform without written permission.

9. NCAA Compliance

Camp 8 provides general NCAA recruiting information for educational purposes. This information does not constitute legal or compliance advice. Recruiting rules change frequently.

You are responsible for understanding and complying with all NCAA, NAIA, NJCAA, and other governing body rules that apply to your recruiting situation. Camp 8 is not liable for any eligibility consequences arising from recruiting activities conducted through or informed by our platform.

If you have specific compliance questions, consult your school's athletic director or a qualified compliance professional.

10. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability

Camp 8 is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee that the platform will be error-free, uninterrupted, or that any particular outcome will result from using our tools.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, ASA Professional Services shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of Camp 8, including lost scholarship opportunities, NIL deal losses, or recruiting outcomes.

Our total liability to you for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid for Camp 8 services in the 12 months preceding the claim.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Georgia, United States. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Fulton County, Georgia, or through binding arbitration at our election.

12. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms periodically. We will notify you of significant changes via email or in-app notice at least 14 days before they take effect. Your continued use of Camp 8 constitutes acceptance of updated Terms.
